monthly observed flow data

I don't run Rswat. I have only observed data. I use the attached file. I did wrong anywhere but didn't understand. I need help.

hi, the format of your observed data file was wrong (missing time column)

Thank you so much for your quick response. I added column time and flag. However, I have another error attached file. The error is probably related to data lengths. Because my observed data is monthly data and I don't have daily data. I couldn't understand how to solve it.

I also had to add Flag because it wanted 4 columns.
