Hi Tam,
The inclusion of the d50.rte parameter in parameter calibration and sensitivity analysis in R-SWAT is resulting in the same objective function values being generated for all simulations.
When I add d50.rte to the table of parameters in tab 2 'Parameter Sampling' of the R-SWAT interface, the check gives the message 'Check successful! Input is correct', so the parameter is recognised as the d50.rte is a parameter in the cal_parms.cal file. But when the model is run and the objective function values are calculated, the objective function of the default model parameters is displayed for all simulations despite the parameter values also being shown to change (see the image attached).I have trialled different parameter adjustments to the d50.rte to see if that helped but unfortunately it hasn't. And I have ensured that 'calibration.cal' is written in the correct position in the file.cio file each time, as I know this is a common cause of the error that I am describing.
I have trialled removing the d50.rte parameter from calibration and sensitivity analysis and re-running R-SWAT and this fixes the issue.
Would you be able to provide some guidance on how I can include the d50.rte parameter in model calibration and sensitivity analysis please?
Best wishes,
Rodhraí
