Hi Tam,

I am trying to calibrate a small watershed inside my basin, but I keep get this error:
[SPS-ERROR] 2024-10-26 09:22:50.540346 task 5 failed - "no lines available in input"
And also the task num change from  run to run. for example:
[SPS-ERROR] 2024-10-26 09:28:53.352893 task 15 failed - "no lines available in input" [SPS-ERROR] 2024-10-26 09:33:16.848463 task 7 failed - "no lines available in input"
[SPS-ERROR] 2024-10-26 09:40:08.666372 task 1 failed - "no lines available in input"
Please note that I already calibrated other watersheds and all of them worked except that watershed.
I already made sure that I set the calibration.cal in the file.co file, also, it's "y" in the print.pre file.

Something to mention that I have missing data in the observed data file, but I already filled it up with NAN.

Also, something strange happen in this watershed, that when I run it for 1 to 10 iterations, it works and it gives me results, but more than this I get that error I mentioned before. Thank you,
Hesham

might be you want to extract outputs that do not exist in that subbasin, what are in your output/core_[x] folder

The output for some iterations/simulation are missing and not created from these files in output/core_[x]/out_var_x .

This is SWAT+ issue, not RSWAT, some simulations SWAT+ cannot run (because division by zero - as shown in the consolve if I run SWAT+ manually by in our TxtInOut_9)1.PNG

Thank you Tam! I will check my model again in SWAT+

I checked SWAT+ output, and seems like no problem in it, as I ran it also manually in the main TxtInout folder, The problem is when RSWAT creating the the TxtInOut folders in the workingFolder, doesn't properly copy the files in some folders, so they're empty (most of them), Don't you think that is something related to the parallel processing?  For example, if you run it on TxtInOut_2, it will run without any problem, as the folder was copied correctly while creating it by RSWAT

I run in the folder as you mentioned (Sim_SWAT_Atbara\t1_Atbara\Scenarios\s1\workingFolder\TxtInOut_2), still the same error with SWAT+ (not RSWAT)

Thank you so much Tam! I recreate the whole project again, and it's solved now.
