Hi Tam,

How to calibrate the SWAT+ model using observed ET for each subbasin on monthly scale?

In Step:1 general setting, while selecting SWAT, the list of model outputs for extraction enables options for watout.dat,output.sub

(STEP:3)

But in the case of selecting SWAT+ model, the list of model outputs for extraction shows the following options only channel_sd_day,mon,yr.txt and channel_sdmorph_day,mon,yr.txt.

The monthly swat+ simulated ET are stored in “lsunit_wb_mon.txt”(TxtInOut Folder). In this case how to calibrate the model using observed ET on a subbasin scale for SWAT+ models?

Hi,
I have added option for extracting output from that file (lsunit_wb_.....), it should work with the updated code now (https://github.com/tamnva/R-SWAT)

Hi Tam,

I have opted lsunit_wb_mon.txt outputs for extraction and listed column number as 15 for ET extraction and Reach number as 20 for (LSU#20). While selecting Display observed file names it displayed outputfile name as "unknown file type". While RsWAT is running it shows "argument is of length zero" error.

Sorry, I should work now, can you try again. I have fixed the "unknown file type "error
about the "argument length of zero" I didn't encounter this issue when running the test case, might be because column 48 or 53 do not exist in this file or you don't have reach 2 or 3
