R-SWAT is now available for SWAT+

Dear all,

R-SWAT is now available for SWAT+ in the same interface. This version is under development - there are some basic functions that users can use for SWAT+

Now it is in the development branch as shown in the link below (will be merge to the master branch later)

Dear Tam,

I try to run RSWAT for SWAT+ but got the gui window closed after selecting the 'cal_params.cal' file. Below is the screenshoot of the R console after the window closed, please help to fix the error.

Hi Andry,

It seems that you cannot open the GUI of the app. Could you run R-SWAT by doing Step 1-> Step 4 as described in the "Quick Start!" section of this link https://github.com/tamnva/R-SWAT

Then select SWAT+ in the first step (as shown in the attached figure) and continue with other steps, including loading  'cal_params.cal' file.

If there is still problem, we can meet online to resolve it.

Hi Tam,

Thanks for your response. I followed the Step 1 -> Step 4 in the "Quick Start" and also the filled the dialog boxes following your screenshoot. However, when I select the 'cal_params.cal' file, the window was suddenly closed. I'm happy if you would like to meet online to resolve it, or probably if you have sample data, please send it to me and I will try to run the RSWAT with your sample data beforehand.

I have developed an R script for running R-SWAT (for both SWAT and SWAT+) without using a graphical user interface, it should work on all platforms. The code are in GitHub, here is the tutorial
