Forward Runs and Result Extraction from Non-Default Files

Hi all,

I am using the script 'run_SWATplus_user_parameters.R' located in the vignettes on the github to perform forward runs with the behavioural parameter sets from my calibrated models. My goal is to extract 95PPU ranges for various output variables that I have not used for calibration but are of interest.

This approach works when I run the script for default output files for extraction (e.g. basin_wb_yr.txt to extract the yearly lower and upper 95 PPU for surface runoff, lateral flow etc.). But it does not allow me to extract results from non-default output files for extraction in R-SWAT (e.g. the yearly lower and upper 95 PPU for baseflow from the basin_aqu_yr.txt file). I receive an error message in R stating: 

'Error in { : task 1 failed - "subscript out of bounds"'

Specifically, I want to extract outputs in the forward runs from basin_aqu_yr.txt and lsunit_ls_yr.txt files. Does anyone have a solution for this? Any help is much appreciated.
