Hi,

I'm the first time R-SWAT user, I like how straightforward and clear it is. However, I met this observation data error and the Shiny just crashed when I tried to run multi-site calibration (see the attached figure `Capture.JPG). I couldn't figure out what's wrong. Can anyone help? Thank you!

I set the date range between 1995-01-01 to 2023-12-31, and I have my observation data with the same length, but I flagged "C" for only 1995-01-01 to 2015-12-31. I attached my RSWATproject and observation data below.

Best regards,
Yufen

I check and did not see any problem. Could you check again with the latest version and post the screenshot here (if it still does not work)

Dear Dr. Nguyen,

I have also the same problem. Similarly, I want to do a mutli-site calibration at 5 hydrometric discharge stations. The simulation period spans from 1979 to 2022, with 1979-2010 for calibration denoting with C and 2011-2022 for validation denoting with V in the observation files. Based on your video, I corrected my file.cio  and print.prt as exactly as what you said. As attached files, I am sending a snapshot of my RSWAT settings and one of the 5 observed data for your consideration. I would be very thankful if you could let me know how I can correct the observed data, allowing the objective function to be calculated.

With kind regards,
Majid
