to R-SWAT
I am currently running SWAT+ with RSWAT (SUFI-2) without the GUI and encountering a persistent issue.
The SWAT+ simulations complete successfully, but during RSWAT post-processing I repeatedly get:
Error in { : task X failed - "no lines available in input"
I have verified that:
  • print.prt has all outputs set to y, including channel_sd with daily output
  • channel_sd exists in the TxtInOut folder
  • time.sim is properly defined (daily step, correct simulation years)
  • channel_sd_day.txt is generated, but some simulations contain only headers (no numeric rows)
  • When the model does run, all extracted output variables (e.g., flo_out) are zero (in the working folder -inside the core-x)
Even after detecting and re-running those failed simulations, the error still occurs intermittently.
Is there a recommended way to skip failed simulations?
Thank you very much for your time and help.
Best regards,
Mahabub
