Hello everyone. I am a user who is using R-SWAT (ArcSWAT) without the GUI version. I am trying to simulate water quality using R-SWAT, and I have encountered a question during the process of adjusting parameters through swatParam.txt. Currently, swatParam.txt does not contain parameters related to .swq. As most of you may know, the parameters included in .swq are necessary for routing water quality in streams (based on qual2E). Therefore, I have limitations in optimizing parameters and performing sensitivity evaluations by adjusting the .swq-related parameters. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could suggest a solution or provide guidance on this matter.
Thanks.

Just add a new line (at any line number - contains information about the location of that parameters ) to the SWATParam.txt file. -BElow is an example

Hello Tom. Thank you for your responses regarding the issues I had. I have applied the methods you provided and attempted to analyze by adding water quality-related parameters to the SWATParam.txt file. However, I am encountering problems with the offline version of RSWAT. In relation to this, I will attach the modified SWATParam.txt file that I have worked on. I kindly request advice on improvements for the modified SWATParam.txt file and any suggestions for resolving the current issues (whether there are additional files that need to be modified, etc.). Thank you very much.

Hi run with your modified "swatParam.txt" file and the example "TxtInOut" in R-SWAT, there is no problem. You add new parameters at the subbasin scale, so try to use "All" in the "Subbasin column in table " 1. Select SWAT parameters for calibration and/or sensitivity analysis "
