Hourly scale calibration problem

Hello, I want to calibrate hourly runoff using SWAT2012. The output.rch file has all hourly data, and I extracted the target basin data by modifying the fig.fig. Can I directly use output.rch or watout.dat for calibration, or must I modify the code with userReadSwatOutput to extract the data?
