RSWAT crashes when changing behavioral threshold

Hello,

I have run calibration and sensitivity analysis of my SWAT model but RWAT crashes when I try to set the behavioral threshold. 

I have tried several times with my model but it keep crashing. RSWAT do not crash when I use the Example_SWAT data supplied with RSWAT.

Could it be a problem with my data? I will be happy if I can receive a fix for this problem.

Hi Collins

I checked the data that you shared with me. The problem is that there are missing values in your simulated results (e.g., with simulation Nr. 22), that why the program does not work. I rerun your simulations with the same parameter set that you use with the newest R-SWAT (commited on Jan 1, 2023 - link below), it worked well.

I guess your issue could be because the swat executable file that you are using (might be it does not work with simulation Nr. 22)

Hi Collins, it is the latest version (the link was also included in my previous response - or just simply go to R-SWAT and download, by default you will also get the latest version)

I tried the latest version of R-SWAT and still got the same error.

My previous question was on the version of SWAT executable, not R-SWAT. I am using rev. 685 64-bit release. I want to know which version of SWAT executable you used.
