I hope this email finds you in the best of health and iman. For today's class, we're going to do things a little differently. During the Tafsir class time (1:30 - 3:30 pm), please answer the following questions. Feel free to discuss them in groups or work on them individually. If you cannot make it to class today, please do the work at home. 

1. What does "ihdinas seeratul mustaqeem" mean to you? What image does it put in your mind? 

2. What doorways do you foresee pulling you from "seeratul mustaqeem"? What tools or methods can you think of to stay on "the straight path"?

3. What is the difference between "rahman" and "raheem"? What are we doing to qualify for "raheem"?

4. What is your favorite ayah is Surah Fatiha so far? Why?

5. What was your favorite class discussion so far? What made it special for you?
