I'm sending this out so that everyone copying letters in the next two weeks can have the rules to refer back to. Anyone not copying letters feel free to delete this. :D

Here are the rules for copying the letters. Please follow all of them, because any letters not following these rules will not get any money for club.

Write only on the lines--not in the margin below the lines, not even to sign it. You may write "Dear Friend" only on the top line.
Do not write on the back. Use a second page instead.

Use a blue or black ball point pen, and use the same pen for the whole letter. Do not switch pens.

Do not use white out if you make a mistake. Simply put a line through the mistake and keep writing
.

Do not write tiny. Or huge.

Must be neatly printed or in neat cursive.

Write exactly what is on the draft letter sheet.

At the end of the letter, sign the person's name, even if you aren't the one who wrote it.

When you are done, fold the draft letter around the handwritten copies and paper clip or rubber them together.
