Thoughts? My initial one is, isn't what we're asking for with QT a heavy enough lift? Though I understand the valiant efforts of the tripartisan group, I'm not looking to get even farther outside the box at the moment.

I agree with David. There's a time to pick a fight with the two party system, but this isn't it.
