Cold Moon Update

Hi All,

I spoke with the printer today and the books will be ready for me to
pick up on the 6th. I will be traveling starting Monday, however, so I
won't start sending them out until I return on the 13th - possibly
sooner depending on my schedule. In any event, we're in the last few
days and I think you'll all be well pleased with the final product. I
saw "proofs" of the cover and the foil stamp and it all looks great.

Dear Jon,

Thank You for the Great News !!

Is there a possibility for you to send my two copies of the books

at least a week before the 13th of December.

As I already postet : On that date ( the 13th of December 2007 )

I'll take my flight from Germany to Japan.

So the only possibility to get my copy of the book before Christmas

as you promised me would be that you would send one of my 2 copies

directly to Japan. Would that be okay for you ?

Bytheway, do you still have my shipping-address here in Germany and

how would the refund-option work for me in Germany ?

Hi all,

So my understanding of an e-mail from Mr. Merz dated 11/29/07 was that the
book was at the printer and would be ready to distribute on 12/6. Mr. Merz
was to begin sending them out on 12/13 (possibly sooner).

I have to say I am extremely disappointed in the manner in which this whole
debacle has been handled (over an incredibly loooong period of time).
Please, Mr. Merz, send out the books - and do not forget to enclose the full
refund you promised in your previous e-mail.
