To all Quest-List subscribers,
Let me second Chris Penn’s comment here.
Quest-List is very important to me, and to the future growth of To-Shin Do, and to our growth as martial artists.
I hope you will continue to utilize Quest-L as a means of getting information and views out to the membership list.
It is my intention for Quest-List to grow in subscribers and importance as a means of continuing to promote the values of our To-Shin approach.
There are also some well-maintained regional forums in action as well, and these too need to continue to be supported in their work of keeping local members connected in their regions.
We developed the SKH Quest Forum as an important next step, building an additional resource for communication for our members, students, and friends around the world.
The structure of the SKH Quest Forum lends itself to a more comprehensive net of communications, as opposed to the more linear nature of the e-mail communication of a List.
It has been difficult for me in my travels to communicate with members as well as I would have liked in recent years, and a message by message format has sometimes proven awkward for me in replying in a timely way to member questions.
With a forum, you can stay in touch with fellow members on your own time preference.
It is also true that if our art and people are to be perceived as world leaders in the martial arts, it would appear odd in 2007 to not have a forum source directly connected to the Hombu itself, wouldn’t it?
Thanks, Chris, for your irreplaceable service maintaining Quest-List for us all in these past few years and into the future.
I so appreciate all you do for us by keeping Quest-List going as a timely communication tool.

Not at all. The Quest List will still be an active place for folks who
are interested in discussing and sharing their To-Shin Do experiences
online, particularly by email, since forums don't send you updates or
messages.
In fact, December 27, 2007 will be the 10 year anniversary of the
Quest List. We're not going anywhere...
