Happy New Year All,

As some of you might have heard, the copies of Cold Moon are at last
here at my office and ready to ship. That's the good news. The bad
news is my computer took a cyanide pill and the hard drive was wiped
out. My backups will take time to restore, so I thought I would simply
handle this in the following fashion in order to start shipping copies
out faster.

If you previously ordered a copy, please send me an email at
zr...@earthlink.net with your receipt attached (if possible). This is
the receipt you got when you ordered it through Paypal. If you don't
have this, just drop me a line and when I get the backup restored, I'll
check it against the list there.

Also, the vast majority of people who ordered have already written to
let me know that they do not want or expect a refund. Thank you very
much for this, as costs associated with innumerable printer errors have
added up significantly. I sincerely appreciate your patience and
understanding while the numerous hurdles have been hurdled and we are,
at last, ready to get you your books. If, however, the remainder who
have not contacted me still want a refund along with the book, you'll
need to let me know when you send me your email.

We start shipping ASAP and I think you'll all love the book. The
printers did an excellent job and I'm grateful for their hard work on
this. Also, when you do get your book, please let me know what you
think of it.

Here's to a happy and prosperous 2008!

Best,
Jon

I just want to take a minute and thank Jon for all the hard work he's done seeing this project through. I'm sure it's taken far longer than Jon or any of us would have preferred, but it's important to remember that life doesn't always work out the way we want it to. Jon could have easily given up, but he didn't. I commend him for his dedication and spirit and the support he has shown our teacher, An-Shu.

Thank you, Jon. May 2008 bring you great success!
