The first gay and lesbian organization to participate in the ringing of the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange will make history today when key members of the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce participate in the time-honored event, which also honors Gay Pride Month. NGLCC board member and gfn.com founder, Walter Schubert, will ring the NYSE closing bell at 4 p.m. EST.
