Our final steering committee meeting will be held at 6:00 PM this Sunday
October 9th at GEARS.

The agenda for the meeting will be to discuss each area with a brief
update and then to answer the question: What do you still need to be
ready, and how are we going to meet that need?

Bring a list of anyone you have interested in volunteering, so we can
sign them up.

We will also put together a day--to-day plan of things that need to be
done between now and the 16th to make sure each task has an owner.

Everyone needs to be there! Ask yourself - How are you going to be
ready to participate at the different events if you don't know what is
going on?

For all those that can make it (hopefully everyone) we will adjourn to
the Kickoff Party at Jack and Ron's at 8:00 PM.
