Bring a friend and join Equality Alabama for a work day this Saturday!



We will be painting inside so don't let the heat or rain stop you.



We are way behind schedule and really need more volunteers! We have a few
dedicated workers who come each week but they need your help.



We are currently in the process of renovating a building to be a first class
meeting space our community will be proud of. An office and meeting space in
our state capitol will greatly increase our visibility and effectiveness in
working for equal rights and opportunities for all the citizens of Alabama
regardless of gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation.



Come paint a wall,

make new friends,

make a difference in Alabama!







The next work day will be this Saturday, AUGUST 27 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.



Wear your work clothes and join us for all or part of the day!



821 South Perry Street, one block south of I-85, two blocks north of the
Governor's Mansion.



Work will include cleaning, sanding, scraping, painting, and more. There is
a job for almost every ability and skill level.
