As most of you know, the Laramie Project was scheduled for last
weekend at UWF but the Saturday through Monday performances were
cancelled because of Hurricane Katrina. They have rescheduled for
tonight through Saturday, with ticket holders getting first option
but seats are available through Pensacola Little Theater Box Office
or at the door. Perfomance begins at 8:00pm.

We have been allowed to have a table with information at each
performance. Unfortunately, our schedule of volunteers to work the
table were for last weekend and at this point, we do not have the
table staffed. If you can help us by staffing one of the nights,
please call Jon at 433-9852. I will provide the materials and be
there to set up the table tonight. Feedback from last Friday night's
show make it clear that the most important time for us to be present
is during intermission and following the performance rather than
early. Most of the people are arriving and finding seats early so it
is not as important to be there prior to the show as during the
other times. If you can help us, let me know.

HURRICANE ASSISTANCE:
Also, Rev. Sandy at Holy Cross MCC is working to coordinate an
effort with the New Orleans MCC church to create a relocation
project for some within the LGBT community in New Orleans. As soon
as we know the details and what you can do to help, we will pass on
the information.

SPECIAL NEED:
There is one family that needs our help now. They came from Ocean
Springs to stay with family here through the hurricane with just
enough clothes for a couple of days. Have lost everything. If you
find work, let me know and we will get things to them. Here's the
