Chicago-based CA Ventures is proposing a 32-story Midtown tower with 12,000 square feet of street-level retail, at 903 Peachtree Street.
The yet-to-be-named mixed-use development would be built where several low-rise commercial buildings are situated, home to concepts like Bezoria and Noodle.
Benzino's Crab Shack had a short six-month stint at the site.
It's unclear what would happen to the existing restaurants and retailers should the project move forward.
Plans call for eight levels of "podium parking" with approximately 549 parking spaces topped by 23 residential stories with 417 units, according to a recap presented to The Midtown Development Review Committee (DRC) for October.
The project proposes separate loading and vehicular access from two drives along 8th Street including a small motor court.
