Hey all!
With all the races we’ve been putting on this year, the Carter Park barn has gotten quite messy and disorganized. You may not be aware, but Deerfield Township has been very generous in allowing us to store all of the race build materials in this barn.
At least once a year we need volunteers to help pull the equipment out and reorganize it. This is generally most important before cyclocross season gets underway.
If you have some spare time on Saturday morning (September 3rd), I’m going to be up there, starting this process before the LHCX course build. I’m planning on starting between 8:30-9.
One of the projects that’s needed, is to build shelves and corrals for storing various boxes and snow fencing. Also organizing the stakes, straw, and other course building materials.
