Draft schedule until next LTS

Hi,

I have drafted the schedule until the next LTS. No fixed dates but a vague idea of where we are going. I think it's good enough for now.

Note: similar to what we did last year, I skipped the December release. While I will very probably be working, I don't think we will be able to properly coordinate the Platform updates at the very end of December.

I checked and the next LTS is 6 months away from the previous one so I think I got my maths right.
