Hi,
With the recent increase in issues, PRs, and discussions showing signs of low-effort or unreviewed AI-generated content, we've pulled the AI policy out of the contributing guide and given it its own home:

We've had this policy since June 2025, so no fundamental change. AI tools are welcome, human authorship and responsibility are required. We just made it more visible and explicit what is acceptable and what is not.
Please give it a read.
If you see contributions that look like unreviewed AI output, point the contributor to the policy and ask them to take ownership of what they're submitting.
Repeated or flagrant disregard will result in warnings and/or removal.
The goal is keeping Quarkus collaborative and high-signal - not policing tooling.
