Branch 3.x dropped

Hi,

3.39 was branched last week and 3.40 LTS, our last feature release for Quarkus 3 will be branched from 3.39.

Thus we don't need the 3.x branch anymore and I dropped it to avoid any confusion.

The triage/backport-3.x label is also gone.

So what now?

- If you want something backported to 3.39, please use the triage/backport-3.39 label

- If you need to create a PR that is specific to 3.39/3.40, target the 3.39 branch

A triage/backport-3.40 label will be created in due time.
