Community Open House
sponsored by
Quality of Life Services for San Leandro
Tuesday Feb 19th 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Location: San Leandro Main Library- Lecture Hall
Guest speaker: Lt. Marc DeCoulode
Focus:
90-minute open forum
devoted to residents - sign up that night to speak
You pick your topic- you speak your mind.
Let every voice be heard
Safety will be the first topic addressed. One resident Janet Palma
said it best, "I don't just live in my neighborhood since I eat, play
and shop in other areas as well and want to know they are all safe."
The 90-minute forum is the focal point of the meeting. Residents are
encouraged to sign up to speak that night -every voice must be heard.
The discussion is for all neighborhoods- no crime stats will be
presented
Subsequent to the city-wide meeting will be a series of smaller
meetings coordinated by district. These will include education on how
to improve the neighborhood for yourself, your family and the
community as a whole.
Quality of Life Services states, "All efforts are welcomed and we hope
that all San Leandro residents partake in any group that is working
towards a safer city."
