Dear all, 

I am a student in France, and I am doing my research "ROI and KPI in quality management".I really need your help. And my tutor is  Prof. Christophe DURAND was teaching at CNAM MIM master Quality (QMP and AQM, Quality Management Principles, and Advanced Quality Principles, as well as TPM "Total Productivity Management")

This year he is the tutor of our group for a research on "ROI (Return on Investment) of Quality, costs and benefits issues and values". He requested us to interview some professionals, and in order to help us.
