ann: support page for Shen/tk

This is being written in real time over the next few days preparatory to 

release of version 1.0.  The page is here

This release was pushed back a month or so by health problems and

other work.  But I'm pushing ahead on it now.

Hit a bump in the road.  I have a technical TCL/tk question.  There was a brilliant group

https://groups.google.com/g/comp.lang.tcl which was the go-to for TCL/tk questions

but which closed down in February due I think to Google (how does a company get so

much power?).  Am searching for a replacement.  Any input welcome.

Apparently a hacker is trying to run the deceased groups from his own server (?).

You can try Thunderbird, if nothing has changed lately it should implement an usenet client https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/
