still recovering

This virus turned out to be much nastier than it heralded to be.

It appeared at the beginning of March, but the effects seem to linger.

Despite two courses of antibiotics, I'm still struggling with fatigue

and a cough.  Apparently it is doing the rounds because two other

people - much younger men - caught it and it stuck with them for

a time.  Being 69 and post-covid I'm more vulnerable.

I've taken to doing mantra and meditation more intensively because this

illness has a cyclic action whereby one appears to be on the mend and then you

get worse.

I have a new Shen release that fixes a bug and will release in due course.
