I upload two version runing on portable win10 32bit sistem.

PyScripter versions are both portable

Could you please create an issue at the PyScripter issue tracker? ( pyscripter/pyscripter: Pyscripter is a feature-rich but lightweight Python IDE (github.com))

Please attach the script and state the expected output and the actual output.
