Pyscripter Layout

I've just updated pyscripter and ever since the gutter has been very far away from the and there has been this yellow line that always tracks whenever I break the line. 

How do I get rid of the yellow line and how do I reduce the gutter length?

I've already tried going through the editor options and layout option but nothing seems to correlate with them.

I've drawn red arrows to show what I mean by this.
