Compiling 4.1.2.0

I was able to successfully install and compile todays version from GitHub (version 4.1.2.0), by blindly following the instructions in "Compilation Instructions.txt". 

However, in file dmCommands.dfm, I had to delete the line "PixelsPerInch = 96" (line 6), otherwise an Access Violation runtime error occurred.
