Windows: .EXE returns error "Cannot open self"

Hello,

I am running Python 3.9.6 and pyinstaller 4.5.1.

I have just created a simple EXE for a python file that just prints "hello world".

The EXE is generated fine. When I run it from the console, the response is:

[26528] Cannot open self C:\Files\dist\hello.exe or archive C:\Files\dist\hello.pkg

Please help. Thank you.
