A problem with brother_ql package

Hello!

I did a program for my work in which a device is tested and if the test is ok, a label is printed with a brother printer. 

I use the brother_ql package for Python to send the image of the label to the printer, but, when I use pyinstaller to make a executable, the printer doesn't work although in the log it is shown that it is printing.

Is ther any problem with this package?
