what OS you have and what settings you following? Easiest thing to do is to take it to the Stewart center basement at ITAP customer support center and they will set it up for you. But, if you wanna do it your way, then make sure that the drivers are installed and you have removed the PAL-Instructions from your wireless connections list and then try to setup PAL2.0. I hope this will help you....

I followed instructions for connecting to PAL 2.0 but I could not
connect. Can any one help me.

Itap, wouldn't likely be able to solve problems regarding Linux. If
you are using Linux, which I am guessing since you're emailing it to
the President of PLUG, PLUG hosts Office Hours on Thursday at Lawson
Basement from 6 - 7. Please go there and they will help you with this
problems.

I am using wicd and the instructions posted in this group on may
2009. I just set it up inUbuntu 9.10 and it works great!
