Looking for a network engineer on contract basis

Hi All, 

I am looking for a network engineer on a temporary basis. Below is the description - 

Responsibilities

Implement new site-to-site VPN connections using the Strongswan implementation of IPSec
Manage the corporate VPN server, administer VPN clients across multiple countries
Troubleshoot, analyze and support network related issues for existing connections
Document network architecture

Qualifications

Expert-level Linux command line skills and computer networking technical capabilities
Strong understanding of VPN networking and tooling (Linux Terminal, IPsec, IPtables, Strongswan, Tcpdump, TCP/IP networking, Linux firewalls)
Minimum 5 years VPN connectivity experience with a multinational telecom company or large scale mobile aggregator
Superb responsiveness over phone and email, and ability to work with diverse teams in different time zones
Fluency in English
