Skills : ASP.NET (3.5 or above), MVC (4.0 or above), WCF, Web API (2.0), Design Patterns, Entity Framework and SQL Server
Senior Associate:
- Clear understanding and working experience of creating and using software design patterns.
- Using OOPS & SOLID principal in day to day design activity.
- Design and Development experience of SOA, REST, Micro Services.
- Designing Schema using ER Diagram, knowledge of writing Queries, Stored Procedures, DML in SQL Server 2008 R2.
- Using TDD, Unit Testing Framework, Mocking Framework.
- Understand writing and guiding team on writing performant code in C#.
- Experience in source control management tools like TFS, build definition, branching & Merging, Continuous Integration & Deployment.
- Working knowledge of analyzing load & profiling, performance metrics analysis.
- Create Low Level Design from High Level Design or business requirement.
- Create Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram using any UML tool.
- Create and understand Solution Design Document, Physical & Logical Deployment Diagram.
- Understand and specify Firewall requirement for external dependencies in multiple environments.
- Creating POCs in new technologies apart from current technologies.
- Mentoring team members on design and technology skills.
- Leading a SCRUM team from Technology front.

Manager / Senior Manager:
- Driving Technology Management with respect to architecture, design and implementation Consulting client technology team and other stakeholders around enterprise-grade IT implementations

- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, design patterns and implementation of custom developed solutions (Microsoft technologies).
- Experience in defining and driving large scale application implementation (preferably in retail domain)
- MUST have been a frontline implementer of TDD
- Sufficient exposure to open source technologies evaluation and implementation
- Proven excellence in current Microsoft technology stack (both web and backend) and related integration technologies with specialization in SOA/RESTful architecture
- Experienced in industry standard development methodologies like Agile
- Experience in a consulting or client-facing role in large organizations.
