i really like that movie serial and wonder if any one could share
some info on the spy smasher???

You know, that's one thing my mother (who was born in the '30s) has trouble
with, too. She keeps thinking that pulps are comic books, rather than
fiction magazines. She doesn't recall the pulps at all, maybe a sure sign of
their target audience: teenage and older guys.

no i did not ; i thought wrongly i guess, i thought that the serial
was from a pulp
series? was there a comic book out with name in the early forty's
but while on that topic ,does anyone have a scan????

Spy Smasher was published by Fawcett, the same company that published Captain
Marvel and Whiz comics.

I'm not sure if SS appeared in other comic titles for Fawcett during the war,
but he had 11 issues of his own.
