IMP: JCAHO Visit Requirements(KCHC)

Hi Folks
 
Please see below the list of items each resident should have on them before the JCAHO visit. We will not be in compliance if we don't fulfill these criterias. Please reply to me individually by the end of the day today.
 
1. Expiration Date on your KCHC ID
2. If you have a FLU SHOT sticker on your ID?
3. If you have received a JCAHO badge card?
4. If you have received a FIRE SAFETY card?
4. If you have received a FIRE key?
5. If you have a personal copy of the CPEP Key?
 
All residents are required to have the above items on them at all times while working at KCHC(Off hours included).
Please let me know by the end of the day so that I can have this information given to the KCHC Admin. In case you do not have any of the above stated items we will have them made available. Thanks.
