Creative Biostructure offers insightful strategies and excellent services in structural biology to both academic research and industry.

Creative Biostructure has built up a unique and comprehensive MemPro™ Membrane Protein Services platform. Aiming at elucidating the fundamentals of membrane protein systems, we provide Gene-to-Structure services for the purification, crystallization, structure determination and analysis of various membrane proteins.

Creative Biostructure offers high-throughput and high-quality UniCrys™ crystallization services for proteins by using state-of-the-art facilities and technologies in the field of X-ray Crystallography, and has developed a crystallography pipeline, including all the stages from gene synthesis to structure determination. Our experienced scientists can work with customers and accelerate the research progress.

Creative Biostructure offers Custom UniCrys™ Cyro-EM Services with the following steps: Bioinformatics Analysis and Structure Prediction, Plasmid Construction and Protein Expression, Protein PurificationSpecimen Preparation, Electron Microscopy (EM), Image Processing and Model building.

Creative Biostructure has developed the unparalleled UniCrys™ Crystallization and Structure Determination Platform to provide customized services for macromolecules, such as proteins, nucleic acids and protein complexes. Our crystallographers have many years of experience in structural biology and solved hundreds of biomolecular structures. We use high-intensity synchrotron radiation to obtain high-resolution X-ray diffraction data for lead optimization of small and macromolecules. Our experience in construct design for target proteins can be a critical factor in successful structure determination, especially in the cases of drug targets like kinases, polymerases, chaperons, membrane proteins, protein/protein complexes, etc.
