Will China Kill American Design?

China labor cost between 25 - 30 CENTS per hour.
Chinese work ethic is considered strong.
Shipping between China and the rest of the world is inexpensive.
We are seeing USA Job losses increase.
We are seeing USA Factories Closing.
How can America Compete?

My answer to this is OUTSTANDING DESIGN. We have seen similar issues
with job loss and factory closing due to AUTOMATION. A single Factory
Robot can replace MANY MANY Jobs and US Plants have closed divisions in
the past due to the fact that they no longer needed 150 people to do
work that a few industrial robots and a handful of technicians could do
better. To compete in this global economy I fully believe you have to
use OUTSTANDING DESIGNS.
