* Enhancement: Order and Spec-Group multipliers may now be as
great as 100%.
* Regression: Manual prices applied to whole orders could result
in totals of $0.00. Fixed.
* Enhancement: The ProENTRY IV web and SOAP server has been
revamped to run as a service on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008.
o The user interface has been eliminated to comply with the
requirements of these operating systems.
o A small utility is now included to facilitate
configuration of the web/SOAP server's SQL connection and ports.
Shortcuts are installed for this.
o The SOAP server SetStatus functions now require you to
provide identifying information for the operator making the requests.
