whats the expected possession date of our dream home..

We everyone have followed differently for our respective flat and must have come across the committed/excepted possession date, can we share commitment given to each of us, Tower wise only, so that we all must be on same page to move further.

I talked to people in Spaze today and they told me that the possesion will start from June 2013. But am not sure if it is like their other promises...

As informed possession is suppose to start from H - Block from June 2013 onwards.

Hi All,

We have our flat in F Block, Last time during November I visited the corporate office of the Spaze in Sohna Road and met the customer service lady. I could not meet anybody higher ups due to lack of time since I am travelling abroad.

1. The lady told me that the allotment is expected during May/Jun-2013 and another demand letter will be raised before that.

2. I had asked them to send the as is built plan for planning my alteration and additions and they asked me to give an application to this effect. I wrote the application then and there and no reply has been received so far.

3. Earlier we were getting some updates over email and now there is no update email found from them.

4. Can I request the owner of this group to collect all email id data of the owners from the office somehow and start corresponding each other

Hi Mahadevan,

I am not sure if Spaze is going to share email-ids of all owners. Nobody would do so as they will fear owners making collective demands. However will around 25 members joining the group within 2 hours, I guess this will be good enough platform to coordinate with each other.

Still if added members know of other owners they can request me to add them.
