HP LaserJet 2200 jamming in duplex mode...

We are getting a LOT of jams when printing in duplex mode. There is
always a crumpled sheet above the flap above paper tray 2. There is
often (1/2 the time?) another sheet stuck in the back inside the "flat-
path" paper exit.

When was the last time maintenance was done to this printer?  It could need to be cleaned, and the various rollers inside of it (especially dealing with the duplexer) probably need to be replaced.

Thanks! I can do some cleaning myself, but I doubt I could replace
the rollers. Guess it's off to LaserCare for me!
