Y.view() histogram not zooming on Windows

Hi Seb,

How is it going? I just found that on Windows, the mouse wheel (for
zoom in/out) doesn't work for the histogram. Have you noticed? It's
more of a focus problem -- the histogram window does not get the mouse
wheel event even after you click in it, and so it's always the viewer
that zooms.

Hey Lin,
Did not notice about the scroll wheel -- I changed recently (in a
major way !) how I handle key shortcuts (not using accelerator keys,
but using onKeyDown events -- ref. changelog.
Maybe this is related to the problem you describe.
