قومی متروکہ وقف املاک بورڈ کے ایماء پر ڈاکٹر رمیش کمار وانکوانی کی کردار کشی مہم، پاکستان ہندو کونسل نے قانونی کاروائی کا عندیہ دے دیا، غیر معروف نام نہاد نمائندوں کا ہندو اقلیتی کمیونٹی سے کوئی تعلق نہیں،  قومی متروکہ وقف املاک بورڈ ہندو اور سکھ کمیونٹی کے مابین غلط فہمیاں پیدا کرنا چاہتا ہے، پاکستان ہندو کونسل کا ہنگامی بیان

کراچی / اسلام آباد (12 فروری 2021): پاکستان ہندو کونسل نے اپنے سرپرست اعلیٰ ڈاکٹر رمیش کمار وانکوانی کے خلاف بے بنیاد الزامات پر سخت ردعمل کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے قانونی چارہ جوئی کا عندیہ دے دیا ہے، پاکستان ہندو کونسل کے جاری کردہ ہنگامی  بیان کے مطابق ملک بھر کی محب وطن ہندو کمیونٹی ڈاکٹر رمیش کمار وانکوانی کی مقدس مقامات کی حفاظت یقینی بنانے کیلئے خدمات کو قدر کی نگاہ سے دیکھتی ہے، پاکستان میں مقیم غیر مسلم اقلیتی کمیونٹی کے مسائل کا براہ راست تعلق قومی متروکہ وقف املاک بورڈ کی نااہلی سے ہے، پاکستان ہندو کونسل کو یقین ہے کہ ڈاکٹر رمیش کمار کی جدوجہد سے بوکھلا کر قومی متروکہ وقف املاک بورڈ نے اپنے ذیلی ادارے پاکستان سکھ گوردوارہ پربندھک کمیٹی کے ذریعے پاکستانی ہندو اور سکھ کمیونٹی کے مابین  غلط فہمیاں پیدا کرنے کی کوشش کی ہے جو کسی صورت پاکستان کے مفاد میں نہیں ہے، پاکستان ہندو کونسل کے مطابق پاکستان سکھ گوردوارہ پربندھک کمیٹی کا قیام 1999 میں قومی متروکہ وقف املاک کے تحت عمل میں لایا گیا تھا جسکی وجہ سے اسکی آزادانہ حیثیت نہیں، پاکستان سکھ گوردوارہ پربندھک کمیٹی کو قومی متروکہ وقف املاک بورڈ پر قابض مافیا کے مفادات کی تکمیل کیلئے کٹھ پتلی ادارہ سمجھا جائے جسے خود قومی متروکہ وقف املاک بورڈ کرتار پور کوریڈور کے انتظامات کا اہل نہیں سمجھتا بلکہ  ای ٹی پی بی انتظامیہ پراجیکٹ منیجمنٹ یونٹ کے تحت کرتار پور کے انتظامات چلارہی ہے جس پر سکھ یاتریوں کو بھی شدید  تحفظات ہیں۔

پاکستان سکھ  گوردوارہ پربندھک کمیٹی نے ڈاکٹر رمیش کمار کے خلاف ہرزہ سرائی کیلئے پاکستان ہندو کونسل کے سابق صدر چیلارام کیلوانی کا بھی نام بلاجواز استعمال کرنے کی کوشش کی ہے، تاہم چیلا عام کیلوانی نے ڈاکٹر رمیش کمار پر اظہار اعتماد کرتے ہوئے واضح کردیا ہے کہ پاکستان کی محب وطن ہندو کمیونٹی ڈاکٹر رمیش کمار وانکوانی کے ساتھ ہے، 

پاکستان ہندو کونسل کے سابق صدر چیلا رام نے ڈاکٹر رمیش کمار پر خود چیئرمین قومی متروکہ وقف املاک بورڈ بننے کے الزامات کو من گھڑت قرار دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ انہوں نے بطور منتخب صدر پاکستان ہندو کونسل آج سے سات سال قبل ڈاکٹر رمیش کمار کی مشاورت سے سابق چیف جسٹس رانا بھگوان داس کو چیئر مین ای ٹی پی بی بنانے کا مطالبہ کیا تھا، اس حوالے سے 12 اکتوبر 2014 کے اخبارات ملاحظہ کیے جاسکتے ہیں۔ پاکستان ہندو کونسل سمجھتی ہے کہ  قومی متروکہ وقف املاک غیر معروف اقلیتی نمائندوں کے ذریعے اپنی نااہلی پر پردہ ڈالنے کی کوشش کررہی ہے، تاہم پاکستان کی سمجھدار ہندو کمیونٹی ڈاکٹر رمیش کمار وانکوانی کی سربراہی میں پاکستان ہندو کونسل کے پلیٹ فارم پر متحد ہے، ڈاکٹر رمیش کمار کی مخلصانہ جدوجہد سیاسی وابستگی سے بالاتر ہو کر قائد اعظم کے وژن اور میثاق مدینہ کے تحت غیر مسلم اقلیتوں کو مساوی حقوق کو یقینی بناتے ہوئے تمام مذاہب کے مابین ہم آہنگی کو فروغ دینا ہے۔ پاکستان ہندو کونسل نے ڈاکٹر رمیش کمار وانکوانی کی کردار کشی کیلئے قومی متروکہ وقف املاک بورڈ کے ایماء پر حالیہ پریس کانفرنس میں شریک نام نہاد اقلیتی نمائندوں کو قبضہ مافیا کا ٹاؤٹ قرار دیتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ ڈاکٹر رمیش کمار کے خلاف ہرزہ سرائی کرنے والے غیر معروف نام نہاد نمائندوں کا ہندو اقلیتی کمیونٹی سے کوئی تعلق نہیں ہے، پاکستان ہندو کونسل نے انہیں الٹی میٹم بھی دے دیا ہے کہ بے بنیاد الزامات لگانے پر فوری معذرت کی جائے بصورت دیگر پاکستان ہندو کونسل اپنے سرپرست اعلیٰ کے متعلق حقائق کی درستگی کیلئے ہتک عزت کے دعویٰ کا قانونی حق محفوظ رکھتی ہے۔

Pakistan Hindu Council reacts over character asasination campaign against its Patron-in-chief Dr Ramesh Kumar Vankwani

 Karachi / Islamabad (February 12, 2021): Pakistan Hindu Council has reacted strongly to ongoing character asasination campaign against its Patron-in-chief Dr Ramesh Kumar Vankwani and hinted to take legal action against infamous culprits portraying themselves as minority representatives at the behest of Evacuee Trust Properties Board (ETPB).

Pakistan Hindu Council, in a statement issued on Friday, categorically said that the patriotic Hindu community across the country values the selfless contributions of Dr. Ramesh Kumar Vankwani to ensure the protection of the holy places of worship. "The problems of the non-Muslim minority community in Pakistan are directly related to the incompetence of the ETPB," the statement said.

The Pakistan Hindu Council believes that the ETPB management is behind the character asasination campaign against Dr Ramesh Kumar.  In order to fullfil its vested interests, the ETPB management is trying to create mistrust among Hindu and Sikh communities under the cover of Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Parbhandhak Committee (PSGPC) and other dubious
organizations.

The PSGPC, according to Pakistan Hindu Council, is established by the Evacuee Trust Property Board in 1999 and therefore, its status is not more than a puppet institute under the direct control of the ETPB with no credibility among Sikh community. "Even the ETPB management doesn't consider PSGBP capable enough to look after the affairs related to the Kartarpur Corridor," Pakistan Hindu Council mentioned, adding that Sikh pilgrims have also reservations over managing Kartarpur Corridor by the Project Management Unit of ETPB.

The Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee has also tried to exploit the name of former president of Pakistan Hindu Council Chela Ram Kewlwani unjustifiably for malafide intentions. However, Chela Ram has clarified that Pakistan's patriotic Hindu community is united under the leadership of Dr Ramesh Kumar Vankwani. Chela Ram also termed the allegations against Patron-in-chief of Pakistan Hindu Council fabricated and baseless. "Being an elected President of Pakistan Hindu Council, I, with the consultation of Dr Ramesh Kumar, raised voice to demand for appointment of former Chief Justice Rana Bhagwan Das as Hindu Chairman of ETPB, seven years ago in 2014" he said, while debunking the allegation that Dr Ramesh Kumar himself is interested to become Chairman ETPB. He further said that in this regard, newspapers and media coverage dated: October 12, 2014 could be analysed.

The Pakistan Hindu Council believes that the ETPB is trying to cover up its incompetence through dummy minority representatives, but Pakistan's sensible Hindu community is united on the platform of the Pakistan Hindu Council.  "Dr Ramesh Kumar's sincere struggle is to promote harmony among all religions by ensuring equal civic rights for non-Muslim minorities under the Quaid-e-Azam's vision and the Charter of Madina," the statement emphasized

The Pakistan Hindu Council (PHC) has termed the so-called minority representatives participating in a recent press conference at the behest of the ETPB as touts of the "qabza mafia".

"Dubious representatives have nothing to do with the Hindu minority community," the statement said. The Pakistan Hindu Council has also given them an ultimatum to immediately apologize for making baseless allegations, otherwise the Pakistan Hindu Council, for correcting the facts about its Patron-in-chief, reserves right to take legal action against all those elements. PHC warned.
