Job Description: Onsite Lead/Coordinator

Responsibilities:

•             Coordinate with BA and Business to clarify the queries in functional requirement of enhancement request

•             Facilitate and coordinate meetings with Offshore team and Business, IS and BA

•             Reports on gaps/risks/issues/action items and mitigation plans

•             Provides status updates to IS Management and Customer

•             Coordinate and Monitor daily progress on ongoing Enhancement Requests

•             Provide help to tests and debugs CICS/ SDF /COBOL/JCL modules to effect enhancements to existing software
