erros with runninng gpcrhmm

gpcrhmm.pl file.fas

I am trying to run gpcrhmm on command line, and have been getting errors.
I have gpcrhmm.pl in path.
Also, decodeanhmm, lengthFilter.awk, model.bsmod, model.trunc, dec.opt in path.

I am getting below errors and spits out something like this.

sh: 1: /home/path/bin/lengthFilter.awk: not found
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

pdc-6|HY3.a1|pdc Too short sequence No

Segmentation fault (core dumped) - is for memory issues, but I have more than 40 gigs free.
I am running on Virtual machine, 32 bits Linux, Ubuntu.

I cannot understand how to resolve this issue.
Kindly help me.
