Text Mining

hello friends

i m doing my work on text mining related to japanese encephalitis
virus,i m creating an interface which will give relation between all
related articles depending on PMIDs
my dataset consist of mesh terms
but what to do about articles which don't have mesh terms ??
finally i want hub like interface

anyone will help me

Guess you are working on text mining
1. you can create a mesh like terms using the biological words that are present in articles that dont have mesh terms
2. tag each article with these words.
